By using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and not barred by applicable law.3. Accounts
You may create an account using your email address to enable cloud sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen, which will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers.4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock premium features:Monthly — billed monthly
Annual — billed annually
Lifetime — one-time purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. All transactions are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable storefront. No refunds are provided directly by Nibs Studio LLC.5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.6. Use of the App
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the app (e.g., disrupt services, reverse engineer, or violate laws).7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you create an account, your study data (subjects, tasks, session logs, and notes) is synced to our servers. You may delete all synced data by deleting your account in the app's Settings.8. Intellectual Property
The app and its content are owned by Nibs Studio LLC / Nibs Study App or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.10. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nibs Studio LLC / Nibs Study App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Nibs Studio LLC / Nibs Study App harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.13. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Effective Date" above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.15. Contact
